How we handle your Personal information.
When you will fill a Contact Form or Book A Tutor Form:
We will contact you via telephone / email to discuss your requirement in more detail and give you some resources on tutoring.
If we are unable to get hold of you we shall delete all your personal details after a month. If you decide not to use our services at all during enquiry stage, we will delete your information immediately.
What we do with your data?
Your data helps us review our tutor database to search for tutors that meet your individual requirements before selecting the one we feel best meets your needs.
Your contact details are taken so we and the tutor can get in touch with you regarding your request.
We will contact you from time to time to get your feedback about our tutor and our services.
Can you delete your data?
You can ask at any time to delete any of your data from our system. Please give us 15 working days to do so.
If you wish to delete your record completely from our system. We will erase any personal information that we have about you within a month of your request. This means any data about your sessions will be made anonymous.
Do we share your data with anyone?
We share your Postcode and your subject requirement with our tutors so they can check if it’s within their area to accept the job.
Once a tutor accepts your job we only share your Name, Phone Number, and Postcode with them so they can get in touch with you.
How can you see what information we have about you?
Get in touch to ask a copy of your information. It’s your right under the UK Data Protection Act.
You will be asked to prove your identity and data will only be given to the person who initially registered with us.
Retention of your data
On completion of your tutoring needs, we would delete your Contact Number, Email Address & 1st Line of your Address within a year unless you have requested to receive our marketing offer.
The rest of your data will stay on our system as per our Company Retention Policy.
